Welcome to Dominic & Atlas. By accessing our website (dominicandatlas.com) and booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Provision and Reservations

Dominic & Atlas Corp provides executive ground transportation and at-altitude provisions. All ground reservations are guaranteed only upon official written dispatch confirmation. Promotional vouchers, including corporate PINs, are subject to fleet availability and must be redeemed prior to their expiration date.

2. Aviation, Charters, and Aircraft Sales

Dominic & Atlas Corp facilitates private jet charters and aircraft sales as an independent contractor affiliated with Certified Jets. Dominic & Atlas does not own, maintain, or operate the aircraft. All flights are legally operated by fully licensed, FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carriers. The direct air carrier maintains full operational control of the aircraft and crew at all times. All charter bookings require a separate, bespoke Charter Agreement, which dictates specific terms regarding baggage, pets, and payments.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

Standard executive ground transportation requires a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid full billing. Private charter cancellations are governed strictly by your executed Charter Agreement with Certified Jets and the direct air carrier. Dominic & Atlas is not liable for delays, reroutes, or service interruptions caused by weather, air traffic control, or the Pilot-in-Command’s safety directives.

4. Conduct and Governing Law

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger posing a safety or security risk. Clients assume full financial responsibility for physical damage or exceptional cleaning fees to our fleet resulting from their party’s actions. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County.
